In keeping with Amundi’s initial Public Offering in 2015, employee shareholding plans have been proposed every year since 2018. So here’s Amundi’s 10th capital increase, reserved for you!

Why an employee shareholding plan?
 

We Share Amundi is the opportunity to acquire Amundi shares on preferential terms via a Fonds Common de Placement d’Entreprise (FCPE or Company Mutual Fund) or directly depending on your location. By proposing recurring offers, Amundi makes sure you are closely involved in the company’s development and share the value you have helped generate.

This offer is available in 15 countries to all employees with at least 3 months of employment.

Why participate in We Share Amundi?

First of all, you benefit from a preferential subscription price, which will be the market reference price discounted by 30%. This is the maximum permitted by French law for this type of transaction.

A reading of the Amundi share price will be taken every day from 14 August to 10 September 2026. 

The average of these 20 readings will determine the reference price in Euro. 

A 30% discount will be applied to this price to obtain the subscription price.

You also benefit from:

  • Potential dividends, which will be reinvested in the FCPE or paid directly for direct shareholding countries.

  • Coverage of management fees by the company


In return for these subscription conditions…  


Your investment will be locked-in for 5 years, except in the event of an early release. 

Your investment will mirror the Amundi share price, which may increase or decrease.  

It therefore carries a risk of capital loss. 

For employees outside the EU, their subscription in local currency will be converted into Euro before being invested in Amundi shares, listed on the Paris stock market. The value of their investment will be affected by fluctuations in the exchange rate between the Euro and their currency.

Your subscription will be limited as follows:

  • Firstly, the subscription financed by voluntary payment is limited to 25% of your estimated gross remuneration for 2026,
  • Secondly, your subscription may not exceed an annual limit of €40,000 common to all employee shareholding offers of the Crédit Agricole Group.
