Q&A

What does We Share Amundi stand for? We Share Amundi is the name of the Amundi’s employee share ownership plan.

What are the features of the offer?

  • You benefit from a 30% discount on the reference price.

  • After subscription, your shares will be held in the AMUNDI SHARES RELAIS FCPE, which will merge with the AMUNDI SHARES FCPE.

  • During the investment term, any dividends paid out will be automatically reinvested in the FCPE, increasing the number of units you hold.

  • Your investment will not be accessible for 5 years unless an early release event occurs as provided by law (see your country’s local supplement).

What type of investment option is being proposed? The option proposed is to invest in Amundi stock at a 30% discount on the reference price (classic option). Your shares will be held in the corporate mutual fund or FCPE (‘fonds commun de placement d’entreprise’) called the 2025 AMUNDI SHARES RELAIS FCPE. This FCPE will merge with the AMUNDI SHARES FCPE following a favorable decision from the Supervisory Board along with the approval of the French Financial Markets Regulator (AMF).

By subscribing to the offer, do I become an Amundi shareholder? You will not be a direct Amundi shareholder, rather a unit-holder of the AMUNDI SHARES FCPE which will hold the Amundi shares issued under the capital increase.
The FCPE has a supervisory board that will represent the unit-holders as a whole at Amundi’s General Shareholders’ Meetings.

How many shares are being offered under the Amundi operation? Amundi’s Board of Directors has authorised a total of 1,000,000 shares to be issued in the capital increase reserved for employees.

At what price will the shares be offered to employees? The reference price will be the average of the opening share price over 20 trading days between August 15 and September 11, 2025. It will be established and announced on September 12, 2025.
The subscription price will be set and communicated on September 12, 2025 and will be converted into local currencies at the exchange rate set on September 11, 2025.

Is there a risk of capital loss? Your investment will be concentrated almost exclusively in Amundi shares, it is subject to the vagaries of the stock market and is fully exposed to the volatility of the stock. The minimum exposure of the AMUNDI SHARES RELAIS 2025 to the Amundi share is 90%, as a result your investment could experience a slight lag with the evolution of the Amundi share. Your investment is therefore not guaranteed: in the event of a fall in the share price, you may suffer a capital loss when you request the redemption of your shares. As a general rule when it comes to savings, it is recommended that you make sure to diversify your investments in order to limit the risks.
Given the concentration of the risks of the AMUNDI SHARES on the securities of a single company, it is recommended that each subscriber assess the need to diversify the risks of all their financial savings.

How many employees is the offer open to? We Share Amundi 2025 is being offered to more than 5,500 employees of the Amundi Group.

In what countries is the offer available? 15 countries: Austria, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

What companies are participating in this offer? All subsidiaries of Amundi Group, which have a staff of at least 25 employees at the time of the Board of Directors approving the offer (3 February 2025).

What are the eligibility conditions for the operation? To be eligible to participate in the operation, you must:

  • be an employee in a country in which the plan is available;
  • hold an Amundi employment contract (permanent, fixed-term, work-study contract) at the time of the subscription (intership or temporary employment periods are not included in seniority) ;
  • have worked with the company for a minimum of 3 months by the final day of the subscription period, i.e. September 26, 2025. These 3 months of service should be obtained, within the Crédit Agricole Group, between January 1, 2024 and September 26, 2025, on either a continuous or non-continuous basis. (internship or temporary employment periods are not included in seniority).

As a result of sanctions imposed by the European Union, citizens or residents of Russia or Belarus who do not have legal residence or citizenship in the European Union, in a country member of the European Economic Area or in Switzerland may not participate in this offering.
Therefore, you must declare:

  • You are not a Russian national or resident of Russia, or if you are, you are also a citizen of a Member State of the European Union, of a country member of the European Economic Area or of Switzerland or you have a temporary or permanent residence permit in one of these countries;  and
  • You are not a Belarusian national or a resident of Belarus, or if you are, you are also a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or you have a temporary or permanent residence permit in one of these Member States.

Are the terms of the offer the same in all countries? In the 15 countries where We Share Amundi 2025 is offered, the same major principles apply: employees will benefit a 30% discount on the reference price and they must respect the individual caps on subscription. Taxes and other such charges may differ from one country to another.
Any time regulatory and tax conditions allow it, holding shares in an FCPE (corporate mutual fund) is the procedure opted for. However, in Italy, Japan and Spain, the holding of shares in an FCPE is not possible; as a result, the employees in those countries will buy shares directly.
Furthermore, employees in countries outside the Eurozone will have the added risk of exchange rate fluctuations over the course of their investment. The variation in exchange rates can be favourable when the local currency strengthens against the euro between the time of subscribing and the moment when the holdings are redeemed; conversely, a weakening against the euro will have negative impacts.

When will the price be known? You can subscribe from September 15 to September 26, 2025 until 20:00 (CET). The subscription price will be established and announced on September 12, 2025.

When will the price be known? The reference price will be known on September 12, 2025. The subscription price will correspond to this price minus the 30% discount. The reference price is equal to the average of the 20 opening prices from August 15 to September 11, 2025. It will be set and communicated on September 12, 2025.
