Q&A

What does We Share Amundi stand for? We Share Amundi is the name of the Amundi’s employee share ownership plan.

What are the features of the offer?

  • You benefit from a 30% discount on the reference price.

  • Your shares will be allocated to an account registered in your name.

  • Any distributed dividends will be paid directly to your bank account, provided that the bank details are correctly entered on your account.

  • Your investment will not be accessible for 5 years unless an early release event occurs as provided by law. See your country’s local supplement for the early release cases, available on the Documentation page.

What type of investment option is being proposed? The formula offered in Direct Shareholding countries is an investment in Amundi shares at a 30% discount to the reference price (classic formula). The shares will be allocated to an account registered in your name.

By subscribing to the operation, do I become an Amundi shareholder? Yes, you will hold Amundi stock in an account registered in your name.
Accordingly, you will have speaking rights at the Amundi General Shareholders’ Meetings as well as voting rights in proportion to the number of shares held.

How many shares are being offered under the Amundi operation? Amundi’s Board of Directors has authorised a total of 1,000,000 shares to be issued in the capital increase reserved for employees. In Japan, the total amount of the We Share 2025 offering is limited to 44,178,059 Japanese Yen.

At what price will the shares be offered to employees? The reference price will be the average of the opening share price over 20 trading days between August 15 and September 11, 2025. It will be established and announced on September 12, 2025.
The subscription price will be set and communicated on September 12, 2025 and will be converted into local currencies at the exchange rate set on September 11, 2025.

Is there a risk of capital loss? Yes, there is a risk of capital loss.
This investment involves a risk of capital loss: as with any investment in shares, the value of your assets at the time you decide to sell them may be lower than your initial investment, or you may not recover your initial investment. As a general rule when it comes to savings, it is recommended that you make sure to diversify your investments in order to limit the risks.

How many employees is the offer open to? We Share Amundi 2025 is being offered to more than 5,500 employees of the Amundi Group.

In what countries is the offer available? 15 countries: Austria, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

  • hold an Amundi employment contract (permanent, fixed-term, work-study contract) at the time of the subscription (intership or temporary employment periods are not included in seniority) ;
  • have worked with the company for a minimum of 3 months by the final day of the subscription period, i.e.  26 September 2025. These 3 months of service should be obtained, within the Crédit Agricole Group, between 1 January 2024 and  26 September 2025, on either a continuous or non-continuous basis. (internship or temporary employment periods are not included in seniority).

  • You are not a Belarusian national or a resident of Belarus, or if you are, you are also a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or you have a temporary or permanent residence permit in one of these Member States.

Are the terms of the offer the same in all countries? In the 15 countries where We Share Amundi 2025 is offered, the same major principles apply: employees will benefit a 30% discount on the reference price and they must respect the individual caps on subscription. Taxes and other such charges may differ from one country to another.
Any time regulatory and tax conditions allow it, holding shares in an FCPE (corporate mutual fund) is the procedure opted for. However, in Italy, Japan and Spain, the holding of shares in an FCPE is not possible; as a result, the employees in those countries will buy shares directly.
Furthermore, employees in countries outside the Eurozone will have the added risk of exchange rate fluctuations over the course of their investment. The variation in exchange rates can be favourable when the local currency strengthens against the euro between the time of subscribing and the moment when the holdings are redeemed; conversely, a weakening against the euro will have negative impacts.

When will the price be known? You can subscribe from September 15 to September 26, 2025 until 20:00 (CET). The subscription price will be established and announced on September 12, 2025.

When will the price be known? The reference price will be known on September 12, 2025. The subscription price will correspond to this price minus the 30% discount. The reference price is equal to the average of the 20 opening prices from August 15 to September 11, 2025. It will be set and communicated on September 12, 2025.
