What is We Share?

We Share is Amundi's employee share ownership plan. It is a capital increase reserved for Amundi employees.

Through the Amundi’s International Group Savings Scheme, you can invest in your company's shares on preferential terms and benefit from a 30% discount on the reference price of Amundi share.

Advantages of We Share 2025

Discount:

This is the discount offered to you to subscribe at a preferential price. This discount is 30% on the reference price of the Amundi share.*

Dividends:

Any dividends paid out will be reinvested in the AMUNDI SHARES FCPE, thereby increasing your unit holdings.

No management fees:

These are entirely borne by the company. In the event of limited or negligible investment, any resulting indirect management fees will be covered by the fund.

* The reference price is equal to the average of the 20 opening stock market prices preceding the date on which the subscription price is set by Amundi's Chief Executive Officer. It will be converted into local currencies on the basis of the September 11, 2025 exchange rate.

Please note:

Your investment is locked-in for 5 years, i.e. until October 25, 2030 (inclusive), except in the event of early release*. At the end of the 5-year lock-up period, you may choose to:

  • keep your investment in the AMUNDI SHARES FCPE
  • or apply for the redemption of your fund units.

Your investment follows the share price fluctuation, whether upwards or downwards. There is therefore a risk of capital loss. To find out more, see the Q&A.

Depending on your country, you may be subject to taxation and/or social security contributions due to the discount upon subscription and for the duration of your investment, due to the payment of dividends and in relation to the amounts received upon leaving the plan. For further information, see the local supplement for your country.

Any dividends paid out will be reinvested in the AMUNDI SHARES FCPE; however, they will also be subject to the lock-in period.

Voting rights will be exercised by the fund’s Supervisory Board.

*See the list of early release cases in the Local Supplement of your country, available on the Documentation page.
